CODE OF CONDUCT & ETHICS

 

To be able to fulfill our objective, assuring and guaranteeing a trustworthy action of our company, where it is totally supported by our Code of Conduct and Ethics, we have to not only properly guide all our collaborators, but also, through the direction of the company, set an example to be followed, in perfect harmony with the changes and expectations of society, which in an increasingly accelerated pace, allows itself to go through the most diverse transformations.

 

And through our Code of Conduct and Ethics, we base ourselves on solid pillars, which allow us to guide ourselves by means of precise and continuous monitoring of the actions of our contributors, as well as our business partners and customers, always following activities that fit within the broadest compliance with legal measures and determinations, consistent with the professional, technical, ethical, and moral standards, as advocated and defended by our society.

 

Therefore, below, we list all the items of our Code of Conduct and Ethics, which we are proud and simultaneously obligated to believe, follow and defend, always based on them:

• Trust - Always act with honesty, prioritizing the real needs of patients, and never allow any kind of improper advantage to be obtained, whether for the company or individually by any of its contributors

 

• Integrity - Perform all our actions based on and respecting the highest values, always observing, applying and continuously practicing ethics, transparency, honesty, efficiency, respect and professionalism, through serious attitudes that are always in accordance with the Anti-corruption Law (Law 12.846/2013), as well as, never practice any illegality, which may violate the rules of competition, or corruption, or that may characterize some kind of illegal benefit, and in any negotiation, always act within the utmost transparency, never allowing themselves to be involved in nebulous, spurious actions

 

• Loyalty - Acting always within all the rules and laws that respect the moral and ethical values of society, always ensuring the purest truthfulness in our attitudes towards our customers, business partners, suppliers or competitors

 

• Recognition - To recognize and always believe in the personal and professional value of its employees, customers and business partners, always offering a good interaction through a professional and simultaneously healthy environment, that allows all involved in the processes, always reaching full satisfaction by the conclusion and above all, by the results obtained, assuring everyone, in all stages, a high ethical level, that guarantees a healthy, free, safe and fair environment

INADMISSIBLE CONDUCTS IN BRAS-CIRÚRGICA

 

• Discriminate or act with prejudice, regardless of its basis, whether by race, color, origin, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, disability or any other unacceptable situation

 

• To take and or use on company premises, or those of our customers or business partners, any type of illicit drugs or narcotics

 

• To practice any kind of harassment, whether verbal or physical, regardless of any situation

 

• Breaking the secrecy of confidential information to which we have access, whether it belongs to our company, our suppliers, our business partners, customers or competitors, making improper use of it to obtain undue advantage

 

• Violating the legislations applicable to the market in which we operate

 

• Violating the values and conduct described in our Code of Conduct and Ethics

 

• Violating all applicable laws in our country
